That’s the critical distinction.  Most people are looking for better tactics.  And while developing better tactics is important and they do provide a short term advantage in business, what counts most towards ultimate business success is a superior strategy.  And it’s only in the strategic focus that overcoming the five business success barriers is relevant.

So, if you are frustrated with working so hard, but still not seeing how you will ever be able to achieve what you wanted when you started the business (financial and personal freedom), it’s probably because you are hitting a barrier to business success without knowing exactly what to do to break it down and go through it.   I know just how you feel. Recent international surveys have identified that most business owners work more than 50 hours a week and for Aussie business owners, the mean number of hours worked each week is over 56.
